

Before ever stepping foot on an aircraft as crew, Kenneth built his foundation in the real world. He worked as a Private Investigator, sharpening his instincts, attention to detail, and ability to read people — and as a Call Centre Agent, where he mastered communication under pressure and delivering exceptional service in high-volume environments. These weren't detours. They were the foundation.
When the world came to a standstill during COVID-19, Kenneth made a bold move — he joined Flair Airlines and earned his wings. What followed was a rapid rise that spoke for itself: just three months into flying, Kenneth was upgraded to Inflight Director, stepping into a leadership role that most crew members take years to reach.
His commitment to the industry didn't stop in the cabin. Kenneth joined the union and became a Shop Steward with CUPE 4060, advocating for crew members and deepening his understanding of the industry from the inside out.
In 2024, Kenneth took his career to new heights by joining Air Canada Rouge. Six months in, he was selected for a special assignment with Cabin Mobility Support — a role that went far beyond technical troubleshooting. Kenneth provided hands-on iPad and application support to Air Canada mainline Service Directors and Rouge Flight Attendants, resolved app-related issues to keep operations running smoothly, managed IT support tickets for persistent technical concerns, and conducted iPad training for Flight Attendants returning from leave and those on the line needing guidance with their company applications. He became a trusted bridge between crew members, management, and cross-departmental teams — ensuring no one was left behind when it came to the tools they needed to do their job.
Three months later, Kenneth was offered a position in Service & Operations Support at the corporate level — a role that placed him at the center of Air Canada Rouge's operational excellence efforts. In this role, Kenneth worked at the corporate level — validating Flight Attendant onboard reports, analyzing catering and service data to identify operational gaps, and overseeing iPad training and deployments across initial, requalification, and recurrent training sessions for new and existing crew. He sat in on weekly and monthly leadership meetings, contributed directly to service improvement initiatives, and continued providing frontline technical support to Rouge Flight Attendants — operating simultaneously as a strategist, a trainer, and a boots-on-the-ground resource.
Kenneth has seen this industry from every angle — the cabin, the union hall, and the boardroom.
